**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Deliver Training**: Conduct classroom or virtual sessions on Data Science topics, including data analysis, machine learning, data visualization, and programming languages like Python, R, etc.
- **Curriculum Development**: Design, develop, and update course materials, training modules, and exercises that align with industry standards and advancements in Data Science.
- **Assess Learners**: Evaluate learners' progress through assignments, quizzes, and projects. Provide constructive feedback to help them improve and achieve learning objectives.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in Data Science and incorporate them into the training curriculum.
- **Mentorship**: Provide guidance and support to learners throughout their learning journey, helping them solve problems and understand complex concepts.
- **Customization**: Tailor training programs to meet the specific needs of different learner groups or corporate clients.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and submit reports on training outcomes, learner feedback, and areas for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 3-5 years of practical experience in Data Science, including hands-on experience with tools like Python, R, SQL, and data visualization libraries (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau).
- **Certifications**: Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Data Scientist, Microsoft Azure Data Scientist, or equivalent) are preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in Python, R, and other relevant programming languages.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical analysis, and data manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and clear manner.
- Patience and a passion for teaching.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in curriculum development and instructional design.
- Prior experience in a teaching or training role.
- Familiarity with online learning platforms and tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.).
- Passionate about teaching and helping others learn and grow.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Adaptability to work with participants of varying skill levels.
