**JOB DUTIES**

**Implementation**:

- Formulate and implement the departmental strategy in line with organizational goal
- Design short term and long term goals for the department and monitor the actual performance of the department
- Allocate the commercial coordination work project-wise to subordinates and supervise their work
- Ensure that bank guarantee requirements and insurance policies are prepared in time
- Responsible for working capital management
- Provide support to project site commercial managers to resolve various commercial issues including project fund requirement
- Responsible for resolving critical commercial issues by visiting project sites
- Track Account Receivables as well as Account Payables on regular basis and keep the management updated on the same
- Develop subordinates to take up higher responsibilities

**Supervising**:

- Supervise PRA, AR report, PCS, MIS, Budget preparation and consolidation work
- Supervise preparation and scrutinizing of invoice and corporate insurance work
- Supervise the audit of various accounts and ensure timely and clean audit and supervising all commercial activities of EOU unit
- Liable for supervising the export-benefit and deemed export related work
