Experience: Min 5-7 years

Qualifications: B.Com/ MBA

CTC offered: 4.5-6 lacs per annum

Qualifications:

- B. Com or MBA (Finance) from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in plant accounting or manufacturing finance.

Key Skills:

- Hands-on experience in the above areas and must be comfortable working at plant location
- Strong understanding of accounting standards, financial reporting.
- Proficient in MS Excel and TALLY.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Accounting & Finance:

- Manage general accounting tasks including journal entries, ledgers, reconciliations, and accruals.
- Ensure timely processing of vendor invoices, GRN entries.
- Ensure timely preparation of sale invoices and other support accounts payable, receivable and inventory accounting processes.
- Ensure monthly compliance with GST, TDS, and other regulatory requirements applicable to plant operations.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and petty cash handling.
- Monitor and control plant expenses and support cost center accounting.
- Support month-end and year-end closings.
- Assist in preparation of monthly MIS, financial reports, and variance analysis.
- Manage asset capitalization, depreciation tracking, and fixed asset register.
- Work closely with auditors during statutory and internal audits, providing necessary documentation.

Cross-functional Coordination:

- Act as a bridge between finance, production, procurement, and operations.
- Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives related to reporting.

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
