**Job Title**: Safety Supervisor

Job Description: The Safety Supervisor ensures compliance with safety regulations and promotes a safe working environment on high-rise residential construction sites. This role involves hazard mitigation, worker training, and conducting regular inspections to minimize risks and maintain safety standards

**Responsibilities**:

- Enforce safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct site inspections and identify hazards.
- Lead safety training, toolbox talks, and emergency drills.
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor PPE usage and maintain safety equipment.
- Prepare safety reports and maintain documentation.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Degree in Occupational Safety or related field (preferred).
- Certifications: OSHA 30-Hour, NEBOSH, or similar (preferred).
- Experience: 5-10 years in construction safety, with high-rise residential projects.
- Skills: Strong communication, hazard identification, and leadership abilities.
- Work primarily on high-rise construction sites, including working at heights
