PLC Operator

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and monitor PLC-controlled feed mill equipment (batching, mixing, pellet mill, cooler, crumbler, etc.)
- Diagnose faults in automation systems and troubleshoot PLC issues (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Delta, or others)
- Make necessary changes in PLC logic/HMI during process upsets or shutdowns (basic editing)
- Monitor SCADA system for real-time process data and ensure smooth production flow
- Coordinate with maintenance and electrical teams to minimize plant downtime
- Perform routine checks and ensure sensors, actuators, and load cells are functioning correctly
- Maintain logs of machine operations, faults, and system performance
- Follow all plant safety and hygiene protocols related to feed production
- Support preventive maintenance and breakdown support as required
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and production targets

**Requirements**:

- Experience in PLC operation in a poultry feed or similar agro-industry (e.g., flour mill, rice mill, food processing)
- Knowledge of feed mill equipment automation and material flow
- Familiarity with batching systems, weigh scales, and pneumatic control systems
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and PLC logic flow
- Good troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
- Flexible to work in shifts and handle emergency breakdowns

Pay: ₹8,393.87 - ₹25,000.00 per month
