**Must Have**
- Knowledge of Maintain the Bar Opening & Closing Checklist.
- Must have the knowledge of Physical Inventory.
- Should have knowledge of Barista.
- Detail Knowledge of Classic Cocktails & Mocktails must.

**Responsibilities**
- Creating an attractive atmosphere through service in bar.
- Maintain the Bar Opening & Closing Checklist.
- Every Day Bar physical Inventory to be maintained.
- LIFO FIFO of the stock to be maintained.
- Proper Bar Hygiene & Cleaning to be maintained.
- Proper measures of pouring to be taken care as per standards of the menu.
- Need to be attentive & proactive & ability to respond quickly to the needs of guest.
- Focusing on creativity & authenticity.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
