**Requirements**:
1. Certified ISO auditor.
2. Experience with Quality Assurance Management.
3. Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance, Codes and standards.
4. Should be able to manage multiple sites and CHQ for Quality assurance
5. Establish internal processes and procedures to ensure quality across all sites and functions
6. Oversee quality control staff
7. Hire, train and evaluate staff
8. Regularly analyse quality data and suggest actions based on collected data
9. Manage the log of quality reports and other quality documentation
10. Exposure to HSE norms and practices
11. Diploma/course in Industrial safety

Computer/Software skills required, if any:
Knowledge of SAP and MS Office

Behavioral/Soft skills required:
1. Team player
2. Good time-management skills
3. Great interpersonal and communication skills
