**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Provide First Aid & Emergency Care**: Administer immediate care for workplace injuries and illnesses, ensuring quick response and stabilization.
**Health Screening & Medical Assistance**: Conduct routine health check-ups, vital monitoring, and assist in medical examinations.
**Occupational Health Management**: Support health surveillance programs, vaccination drives, and hygiene promotion within the workplace.
**Medication & Treatment Administration**: Ensure proper dispensing of medicines and treatments as per doctor's prescriptions.
**Record Keeping & Reporting**: Maintain accurate health records of employees, incident reports, and follow-up care documentation.
**Coordination with Medical Teams**: Liaise with doctors, paramedics, and hospital services for referrals and specialized care when needed.
**Employee Health Awareness Programs**: Educate employees on **workplace safety, ergonomics, and preventive healthcare**.
**Compliance & Safety**: Ensure adherence to industrial health regulations, workplace safety guidelines, and medical protocols.

**Requirements**:

- **B.Sc. Nursing degree** with valid registration from the **State Nursing Council**.
- **0 to 1 year of experience** in an Occupational Health Center (OHC) or hospital setup (freshers with strong skills may also apply).
- Knowledge of **first aid, emergency care, and occupational health procedures**.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and respond promptly to medical situations.

Familiarity with workplace health and safety regulations is a plus.
