As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a skilled and creative Graphic Designer who will be responsible for producing visually compelling graphics that align with our mission, values, and goals. The role requires collaboration with the communications and content teams to ensure that all visual materials meet brand standards and effectively communicate key messages to our audiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design & Production of Visual Content**:Create and produce engaging and visually attractive graphics aligned with our brand’s style and messaging for use on digital platforms such as our website, blog, social media channels, and newsletters.
- **Collaborative Design for Case Studies & Presentations**:Collaborate with the communication and content team to design visually appealing materials for case studies, presentations, and promotional campaigns.
- **Website Design Support**:Assist in designing and enhancing website elements to improve user experience by creating visually appealing graphics that align with modern web design standards.
- **Creative Brainstorming & Campaign Contributions**:Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to develop campaign visuals and contribute innovative ideas that help communicate the organization’s goals and vision effectively.
- **Consistency Across Social Media Channels**:Ensure all social media content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent and cohesive visual identity across all platforms.
- **Effective Communication of Design Ideas**:Communicate design concepts, ideas, and rationale clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical team members and stakeholders.
- **File Management & Organization**:Manage, organize, and maintain graphic files, including photos, logos, and design assets, to ensure easy access and proper file usage across projects.
- **Quality Control**:Review and proofread designs for accuracy and compliance with quality standards, ensuring that all design elements are correct and meet the organization's high standards before final delivery.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**:Bachelor’s degree or higher in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- **Experience**:Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in graphic design.
- **Technical Proficiency**:Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and other graphic design tools.
- **Portfolio**:A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design skills and creativity across various media, including digital and print.
- **Visual Design Expertise**:Strong understanding of visual design principles, with sensitivity to user-system interaction and design aesthetics.
- **Collaboration & Independence**:Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- **Organizational Skills**:Strong organizational abilities, with attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- **Adaptability & Continuous Improvement**:Openness to receiving feedback and a genuine desire to learn, grow, and improve within the role.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
