Work Days - 5 (Monday to Froday)

Sift Hours - 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM and flexible shift hours

**Job Description for the Data Annotator:Role**:

- As a Data Annotator at Prisma AI, you will embark on an exciting journey in the world of technology and play a vital role in assisting the technology team to work on global projects.
- We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and meticulous individual to join the Research & Development team.
- You will play a crucial role in the development and improvement of machine learning models by accurately labeling and annotating data.
- This position requires a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a collaborative team environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Annotating and labeling various types of data, including text, images, and audio,
- according to predefined guidelines and standards.
- Ensuring high-quality and accurate annotations to contribute to the training and
- evaluation of machine learning algorithms.
- Collaborating with team members to understand project requirements and provide feedback on annotation guidelines.
- Maintaining consistency and accuracy in labeling data across different projects and datasets.
- Meeting project deadlines and production targets while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Identifying and reporting any issues or challenges related to data quality and
- annotation guidelines.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail is critical for ensuring accurate
- and precise data annotations.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on
- annotation guidelines.

**Communication Skills**:

- Effective communication with team members to understand project requirements and provide feedback on annotation guidelines.
- Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills to meet
- project deadlines and production targets.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and annotation
- guidelines.
- Team Collaboration: Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment,
- providing valuable input to improve the overall quality of annotated data.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with basic computer skills and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to annotation tools and software.
- Critical Thinking: Capability to think critically and identify potential issues or
- improvements in annotation processes.

- Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies
- A minimum of a HSC or bachelor degree in a related field is a plus.
- Good to have basic python coding skills.
- Working Conditions: This position may require sitting for extended periods, working on a computer, and attention to detail for extended periods.
