To identify contractors with the consultation with manpower procurement department.
- Assess them for execution capacity and quality of work,
- Finalizing appropriate labor contractors and help the Management to finalize the labor rates and allot the shortlisted contractor to appropriate projects/activities.
- Prepare material requirement report for the particular project with material management department
- Place the Purchase order with the appropriate vendor after finalization of the rates for the particular product.
- Procurement/Contracts Management
- Contracts Management viz. formulation of Supply Orders, Work Orders, and Negotiation of Rates etc.
- Short listing Vendors (Contractors, Material Suppliers etc.)
- Setting up QA/QC policies for execution of all the related items.
- Impart training to the supervisory staff and the applicators for project specific activities.
- Periodic supervision on all the project sites.
- Attending meetings with the clients.
- Guiding the staff for planning of stage wise completion of project activities.
- Monitoring the quality of workmanship for all the project activities.
- Guiding the staff in preparation of MB and invoices.
- Checking of contractor’s bills.
- Preparing Re-conciliation reports for individual project.
- Any other responsibility relevant to enhance business with mutual understanding between the two parties.
- Any other appropriate responsibilities decided by the management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
