Job Title**:Sales Representative (or Sales Executive, Sales Associate, etc.)**

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in selling **Spare parts of JCB Machine/similar Machine/Excavators.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
*Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals

*Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers

*Conduct cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers

*Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships

*Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

*Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments

*Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly

*Prepare reports on sales activity, pipeline status, and forecasts

*Provide feedback on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities

**Qualifications**:
*Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role

*Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

*Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs

*Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Additional Details:

**Compensation: [Base salary 15-20K + commission, bonus structure, etc.]**

**Travel Allowances: Yes**

**Reporting To: Sales Manager / Sales Director**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
