A Dim Sum Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) assists a Chef de Partie (CDP) in preparing and presenting dim sum dishes, ensuring quality and consistency. The DCDP's responsibilities include preparing dim sum fillings, dough, and sauces, as well as maintaining kitchen hygiene and inventory. They also assist in training junior staff and may contribute to recipe innovation. Key Responsibilities of a Dim Sum DCDP:

- **Food Preparation**: Prepare dim sum ingredients according to standard recipes and specifications.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure consistent taste, texture, and presentation of dim sum dishes.
- **Mise en Place**: Assist in preparing ingredients, sauces, and other necessary items before cooking.
- **Kitchen Management**: Assist in managing kitchen operations, inventory control, and maintaining hygiene.
- **Training**: Assist in training junior kitchen staff on dim sum techniques.
- **Recipe Innovation**: Collaborate with chefs to develop new dim sum recipes.
- **Hygiene & Safety**: Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
- **Ingredient Management**: Monitor ingredient quality, ensure proper storage and rotation.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
