**Bodyshop Advisor (Male)**

**Locations**: Irumpanam (Thrissur), Kakkanad (Ernakulam), Thrithallur (Ernakulam), Chavakkad (Thrissur)

**Salary**: ₹18,000 per month + Incentives

**Job Type**:

- **Customer Interaction**: Acting as the main point of contact for customers regarding vehicle repairs and services.
- **Advisory Role**: Providing technical advice to customers about the repair process, costs, and timelines.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Consultation**:

- Greet and assist customers in the bodyshop, gathering details about vehicle issues and providing repair estimates.
- Advise customers on necessary repairs, estimated costs, and timelines for completing work.
- Explain insurance claim procedures and help customers with documentation.
- Provide updates to customers on the progress of their vehicle repairs.
- **Repair Process Coordination**:

- Coordinate with the bodyshop technicians to ensure work is carried out as per the repair order and in line with quality standards.
- Ensure all repairs and services are completed on time and within the agreed budget.
- Monitor and track the progress of vehicle repairs and update customers accordingly.
- **Sales & Upselling**:

- Recommend additional services or repairs to customers when applicable, ensuring they are aware of the full range of available services.
- Promote the bodyshop’s services and build long-term customer relationships.
- **Quality Control**:

- Inspect the completed work to ensure it meets the required standards before customer delivery.
- Address any customer concerns or complaints regarding the quality of the repairs and ensure prompt resolution.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, repair orders, estimates, and final invoices.
- Ensure all paperwork related to insurance claims, work orders, and invoices is processed correctly.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on customer inquiries, repairs, and service completion.
- **Customer Satisfaction**:

- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by offering prompt, professional, and courteous service.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively, maintaining the reputation of the bodyshop.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Diploma / B Tech in Automobile Engineering or related field.
- **Experience**: 2-4 years of experience in a bodyshop or automotive service environment.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Good understanding of vehicle repairs, bodywork, and automotive systems.
- **Customer Service**: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers effectively.
- **Sales Skills**: Ability to upsell services and repairs to customers.
- **Organization**: Strong organizational skills to manage customer data, repair orders, and follow-ups.
- **Problem Solving**: Ability to address and resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally.

**Salary & Benefits**:
