**Job description**

**Position Overview**: As a Robotics Trainer at MakersLoft, you will play a pivotal role in inspiring and guiding students through the exciting world of robotics. Your passion for STEM education, coupled with your expertise in robotics, will contribute to creating a stimulating learning environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Conduct Robotics Classes**: Deliver engaging and age-appropriate robotics classes for students at various skill levels. Foster a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere that encourages creativity and problem-solving.
- **Curriculum Development**:Contribute to the development of robotics curriculum, ensuring alignment with educational goals and industry standards. Incorporate innovative teaching methods to enhance the learning experience.
- **Equipment Management**:Maintain and organize robotics equipment and materials. Ensure the proper functioning and safety of all robotics tools and components.
- **Student Engagement**:Provide individualized guidance to students, addressing their unique learning needs. Encourage teamwork, critical thinking, and collaborative problem-solving among participants.
- **Parent Communication**:Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress, achievements, and upcoming events.Conduct periodic parent-teacher meetings to discuss the impact of the robotics program on students' development.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in teaching or training, particularly in robotics or STEM education.
- Strong knowledge of robotics platforms, programming languages, and educational robotics kits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

MakersLoft is an organization dedicated to championing “hands-on learning" in K-12 education in India. They offer STEM education programs that include Robotics, 3D Doodling, and Coding to students from the top schools across India. MakersLoft not only provides after-school training programs but also conducts in-school training to help school teachers and students set up design, innovation, Robotics, and 3D Printing labs. Their hands-on learning programs enable students to become active learners by engaging their hands as well as their minds, fostering creativity, teamwork, logical thinking, critical thinking, analytical skills, and empathy, allowing them to learn faster and more efficiently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 - 48 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:
