**JD**:

- Provide legal advice and guidance on a wide range of legal issues to senior management.
- Draft and review legal documents, contracts, agreements, and policies.
- Identify legal risks and propose appropriate actions to mitigate these risks.
- Advise on contract terms and conditions, ensuring legal protection for the organization
- Develop strategies for dispute resolution and represent the organization in legal proceedings.
- Conduct legal research on a variety of topics, including case law, statutes, regulations, and legal precedent, and provide summaries of findings to attorneys.
- Build and maintain relationships with external legal counsel, regulatory authorities, and other relevant organizations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
