**Job Role**:
Responsible for diagnosing, repairing, assembling, and maintaining air conditioning units in a workshop setting. Ensures units are tested and ready for installation or rental.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose and repair faults in split/window/inverter AC units
- Perform cleaning, gas charging, and part replacement (compressors, PCBs, motors, etc.)
- Assemble and test AC units before dispatch
- Maintain tools, safety, and cleanliness of the workspace
- Record daily job status and updates to supervisor
- Support field team occasionally if needed

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-3 years experience in AC repair and maintenance
- Strong technical knowledge of major AC brands (O General, Daikin, Mitsubishi, etc.)
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot faults quickly
- ITI or diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning preferred
- Must be punctual, disciplined, and a team player

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship, Freelance
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
