**About the Role**:
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and passionate Barista to join our café team. As a Barista, you will be the face of our café, responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering excellent customer service to ensure every guest has a memorable experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages in accordance with company recipes and standards
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other café equipment
- Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the café area at all times
- Assist in maintaining stock levels and placing inventory orders as needed
- Handle customer complaints or queries in a friendly and professional manner
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Support the team in opening/closing duties and general upkeep
- Promote any seasonal or special menu items
- Maintain a cheerful and cooperative attitude under pressure

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience as a Barista or in a similar role (preferred but not mandatory)
- Passion for coffee and customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Barista certification or training (optional)
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Interest in learning and experimenting with new beverages

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
