**Job Title: Public Relations Freelancer**

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop PR Strategies**: Create and implement comprehensive PR plans that align with the client's brand, goals, and objectives.
- **Media Relations**: Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, and influencers to secure media coverage across various channels.
- **Press Releases**: Write, edit, and distribute press releases, ensuring they are newsworthy and engaging.
- **Content Creation**: Develop high-quality content, including articles, blog posts, speeches, and social media posts, tailored to target audiences.
- **Crisis Management**: Provide crisis communication support and develop strategies to mitigate potential PR issues.
- **Event Coordination**: Plan and coordinate PR events, including press conferences, product launches, and media tours.
- **Monitoring and Reporting**: Track media coverage and measure the effectiveness of PR campaigns, providing detailed reports and insights to clients.
- **Brand Management**: Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all PR and communication efforts.
- **Client Liaison**: Communicate regularly with clients to update them on campaign progress and incorporate their feedback.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in public relations, preferably within an agency or as a freelancer.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- **Skills**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent media relations skills with a solid network of media contacts.
- Proficiency in using PR tools and software.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- **Attributes**:

- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing client needs and industry trends.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working with clients in specific industries (e.g., tech, healthcare, consumer goods).
- Familiarity with digital marketing and social media strategies.
- Certification from a recognized PR organization

**Compensation**:
This is a freelance position with compensation based on project scope and experience. Specific details will be discussed during the interview process.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
