Location: Vadodara (Onsite opportunity)

Experience: Minimum 0.6 years of experience

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the entire life cycle of the recruitment process for clients in the US.
- Work closely with the Recruiting leads and hiring managers.
- Work on strategic global hiring programs.
- Develop an action plan for recruiting the best fit for the organization.
- Procure people for Different requirements in Healthcare, IT and Non-IT.
- Personally conduct interviews, document the same, and report as the need arises.
- In addition to executing individual responsibility should be able to work in unison with the other departments with the Company’s growth perspective in mind.
- Keeping abreast of the industry trends.
- To provide superior service and develop strong relationships with all key stakeholders
- Actively contribute to the implementation of strategic initiatives to improve recruitment outcomes for the Client.
- Managing a team effectively, encouraging focus on delivery and results

**Skills**:

- Ensuring full compliance with the Service Level Agreement.
- Advising on recruitment strategy and innovative sourcing techniques for all permanent roles within their business area, working closely with the direct recruitment team.
- Deliver market and competitor intelligence through a formal communication strategy, advising on market trends and key senior talent movement and initiatives in equivalent business areas in competitors.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 0.6 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Mentoring New Joiners and team Management
- In-depth knowledge of hiring practices and existing laws with respect to the US market.
- Experience in building the talent pool
- Experience in recruiting US Citizens and Green Card holders.
- Familiarity with different US Tax terms is required (1099/W2/Corp-Corp).
- Strong understanding of technical requirements.
- Should be self-motivated as well as a team player.
- The ability to think analytically so as to consider all applicants and recommend the right fit for the organization.
- Should have excellent oral and written communication skills.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
