**1. Teaching & Lesson Planning**
- Develop and deliver engaging French lessons for Grades 6-10 as per CBSE guidelines.
- Create structured lesson plans, worksheets, and assessments.
- Use innovative teaching methodologies such as interactive activities, role-plays, and audiovisual aids.

**2. Student Engagement & Development**
- Encourage students to communicate in French to enhance fluency.
- Focus on all language skills—Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing (LSRW).
- Organize language-based activities like debates, skits, quizzes, and storytelling.

**3. Assessment & Progress Tracking**
- Prepare and evaluate assignments, tests, and exams as per CBSE guidelines.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and support their language improvement.
- Maintain academic records and progress reports.

**4. Classroom Management & Discipline**
- Maintain a positive and disciplined learning environment.
- Ensure student participation and address any learning difficulties.
- Encourage students to develop an interest in French language and culture.

**5. Curriculum Development & CBSE Compliance**
- Stay updated with CBSE syllabus changes and integrate them into teaching plans.
- Incorporate technology and digital tools in French language learning.Ensure all teaching methodologies align with CBSE’s competency-based education approach.

**6. Extracurricular Activities & Language Exposure**
- Organize French cultural events, competitions, and exchange programs.
- Plan field trips or virtual interactions with French-speaking communities.

**7. Parent-Teacher Communication**
- Conduct PTMs (Parent-Teacher Meetings) to discuss students’ progress.
- Address parents’ concerns and suggest strategies for language improvement.

**8. Professional Development & School Collaboration**
- Attend teacher training programs, workshops, and CBSE seminars.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance language teaching strategies.
