- 30-40 YearsJOB DESCRIPTION: Supervise/Monitor/Completion of project phasewise. Monitor & direct team of CEO of different location. Coordinate with CEO (District Coordinator) in doing functional work

Coordinating & Communicating the officials from Agriculture/Horticulture/Vetrinary Dept. regarding promotion of FPC's. Maintain relationship with the farmers FIG (Farmers Interest Group) / PRG (Pig Rear Interest Group) members) through field visits, CEO, Board Members and LRPs. Communicate with the Lead Farmers from the FIGs / PRGs and evaluate the business opportunities in the respective FIG / PRG location with assistance from the Field Operators (CEO, LRPs) of that particular FPC (Farmer Producer Company). Visit the FPC Project location and make arrangements for the BMs. Keep the FIG / PRG members motivated. Arrange for the FIG / PRG members to participate in Fairs, exposure visits organised by the different state & central Govt. departments, etc.
