**Job Title**:
IB PYP COORDINATOR

**Location**:
Akkalkuwa, Maharashtra

Jamia Islamia Ishaatul Uloom Akkalkuwa, established in 1980, is a premier institution known for its blend of Islamic and modern education. We are currently seeking a **Coordinator for the IB PYP **to lead the development and implementation of the Cambridge curriculum within our growing institution.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the **implementation of the IB Early Years and Primary Years curriculum** in alignment with the institution's goals.
- Coordinate with teachers to ensure curriculum delivery meets Cambridge standards.
- Support educators in creating lesson plans and teaching strategies, with a focus on student development.
- Ensure that Islamic values are integrated into the learning experience.
- Facilitate training programs and professional development for teachers.
- Monitor student performance and implement interventions as necessary.
- Build strong relationships with parents, providing regular updates on student progress.
- Work closely with the administration to achieve the overall educational goals of the institution.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a related field.
- Experience with the IB PYP **Curriculum**, particularly in **Early Years and Primary Years**.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in a **school leadership** or **coordination** role.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and collaborate with a diverse team.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with **Project-Based Learning (PBL)** and modern teaching methodologies.
- Knowledge of **Islamic Education** and the ability to integrate it into modern curriculum frameworks.
