**Overview**

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree preferred BArch, master’s in design / Architecture from any reputed institute / university
- 3-5 years of experience in teaching preferred
- Excellent academic and professional record
- Possess an academic focus that blends well with a passion for achieving excellence in teaching.
- He/ She should be self-motivated and able to create innovative teaching.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Very good interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and efficient in time management.
- Willingness to assist and support students
- Knowledge and proficiency of software such as Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, 3Ds MAX, Auto CAD 2D & Auto CAD 3D.

**Responsibilities**:

- Help design and fine-tune the curriculum and course modules
- Prepare lesson plans and following it with discipline
- Prepare assignments and projects and monitor performance of students strictly
- Handle all classroom, studio and lab sessions
- Organise workshops, seminars, guest lectures and events
- Take students on site visits and important events happening in the industry
- A high level of attention to detail.
- To be able to teach online as well as offline,
- Stay informed about changes and innovations in their field.
- Conduct research and experiments to advance knowledge in their field.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with the college staff, students and their parents.
- Stimulate analytical and rational thinking.
- Mentor and support students on projects through formal lectures and informal discussions
- Holding regular meetings with academic, faculties and students’ representative to ensure teaching process going smoothly and as per schedule.
- Plan and conduct orientation classes with the newbie’s, indulge them in creative practices
- Design and organize Interior Design Exhibition with faculties and students.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
