**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**:

- Greet customers warmly, answer their questions, and assist in selecting ice cream flavors or toppings.
- Serve ice cream, toppings, and other menu items in an efficient, friendly, and accurate manner.
- Ensure that customers receive prompt, attentive, and courteous service at all times.
- **Cashier Duties**:

- Handle cash, credit card, and mobile payment transactions accurately.
- Process sales using the point-of-sale (POS) system and issue receipts.
- Maintain a clean and organized cash register area.
- Balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
- **Stocking and Inventory**:

- Restock ice cream, toppings, cones, and other supplies as needed.
- Ensure that products are presented attractively and that the display area is clean and organized.
- Monitor inventory and notify the manager when supplies are running low.
- **Cleaning and Maintenance**:

- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, including the ice cream counter, cashier station, and customer seating areas.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Clean serving equipment, utensils, and utensils regularly.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in training new staff members as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
