QA/qc Executive

Kamsons is a leading manufacturer and supplier of high-quality water-based acrylic emulsions used in various industries such as paints, coatings, adhesives, and more. We are dedicated to delivering innovative solutions and ensuring the highest quality standards in our products.

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Executive to join our Water-Based Acrylic Emulsions Laboratory team. As a Quality Control Executive, you will play a critical role in maintaining and improving the quality of our products. Your responsibilities will include conducting tests, analyzing results, and ensuring that our emulsions meet the highest industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform quality control tests and inspections on water-based acrylic emulsions at different stages of production.
- Analyze and interpret test results to ensure product compliance with established quality standards.
- Investigate and resolve quality issues and deviations.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality control activities.
- Collaborate with the research and development team to enhance product quality.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols.
- Continuously monitor and improve laboratory processes.
- Ensure a safe and clean working environment in the laboratory.
- Stay updated on industry standards and best practices in quality control.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality control within a chemical laboratory or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of testing techniques, instruments, and procedures.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures in a laboratory setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
