Responsibilities:
1.Identify potential clients and convert them into customers

2.Open Demat accounts for clients and ensure all necessary documentation is in place

3.Provide clients with information about Demat services and assist with any queries

Cross-sell related financial products such as mutual funds and insurance to existing clients

4.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

5.Build and maintain positive customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

6.Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations

7.Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets

8.Attend and participate in sales training and team meetings

9.Type accurately and efficiently to produce correspondence, reports, and other written materials
- Requirements:
1.Proven experience as a sales representative or relevant role

2.Knowledge of Demat and financial services industry is a plus

3.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

4.Ability to work independently and as part of a team

5.Strong organizational and time management skills

6.Customer-oriented mindset and commitment to providing high-quality service

7.Analytical and problem-solving skills

8.High typing skills with a minimum of 50 words per minute

9.Good language proficiency in English and familiarity with Indian financial markets
- Education:
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field is preferred.
