Key Responsibilities:
Content Editing:
Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished, visually appealing content for social media platforms.
Ensure a seamless flow of video content that aligns with the company's brand and messaging.
Creative Collaboration:
Work closely with the creative team to brainstorm and develop video concepts that align with marketing and communication objectives.
Collaborate with graphic designers, animators, and other team members to enhance the visual appeal of videos.
Social Media Optimization:
Stay up-to-date with social media trends and platform-specific best practices to optimize video content for maximum engagement.
Adapt videos for different social media channels, taking into consideration platform requirements and audience preferences.
Quality Control:
Review and ensure the quality and consistency of all video content, maintaining a high standard of production.
Implement feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of videos.
Technical Proficiency:
Demonstrate proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and stay informed about advancements in editing technology.
Handle basic color correction, audio adjustments, and other technical aspects of video editing.
Project Management:
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and priorities are aligned with overall marketing strategies.
Organize and maintain an organized library of video assets.

Qualifications:
Degree/ in Film Production, Video Editing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a video editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing editing skills and creativity.
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent.
Knowledge of current social media trends and best practices.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
Additional Skills (preferred):
Motion graphics and animation skills.
Experience with 3D modeling and visual effects.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
