**About the Role**:
- Support end-to-end distribution operations at our Pune office—handling billing, packing, shipping, and inventory—using Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Billing & Invoicing**:
- Generate and send customer invoices via Zoho Books
- Follow up on payments and update payment status
- Coordinate with Finance for reconciliation
**Packing & Shipping**:
- Prepare and pack orders accurately
- Liaise with courier partners to schedule pickups and track shipments
- Troubleshoot delivery or packing issues
**Zoho Software Management**:
- Maintain stock levels, receipts, and fulfillment in Zoho Inventory
- Create/manage purchase orders, goods-in and goods-out entries
- Ensure data integrity across Zoho Books and Inventory
**Stakeholder Coordination**:
- Work with warehouse staff to optimize packing workflows
- Communicate with vendors on material receipts and returns
- Coordinate with Auditors, Legal, and Operations teams for compliance
**Continuous Improvement**:
- Identify bottlenecks in distribution processes and suggest improvements
- Document SOPs for all distribution activities
**Requirements**: Current undergraduate or recent graduate
Strong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent verbal & written communication (English & local language)Comfortable learning and using Zoho Books & Zoho Inventory
