Responsibilities:

- Utilize a variety of teaching methodologies to accommodate diverse learning styles and maximize student understanding.

- Stay updated on educational best practices, curriculum changes, and assessment techniques relevant to Commerce and Accountancy education.
- Foster critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and financial literacy among students.
- Provide guidance and support to students in their academic and personal development, serving as a mentor and role model.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities as required.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance, adhering to school policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

- Master’s degree in Commerce, Accountancy, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification from a recognized university.
- Minimum of [X] years of teaching experience at the secondary level, preferably in a CBSE-affiliated school.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and learning management systems for instructional purposes.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
- Familiarity with assessment and evaluation techniques used in CBSE schools.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
