Position Summary:
The Site Supervisor plays a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to specifications. They are responsible for managing labor resources, enforcing safety regulations, and maintaining communication with project stakeholders to achieve project objectives within budget and timeline constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

- Site Management: Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on-site, including scheduling, material procurement, and resource allocation to ensure timely project completion. Monitor progress against project plans and adjust schedules or resources as needed to meet deadlines.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on-site. Conduct regular safety inspections, identify potential hazards, and take corrective actions to mitigate risks. Provide safety training and guidance to workers to promote adherence to safety standards.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that construction work meets quality standards and specifications outlined in project plans and contracts. Conduct inspections of completed work, identify defects or deficiencies, and coordinate with subcontractors or tradespeople to address issues promptly.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate construction teams, including laborers, subcontractors, and tradespeople, to achieve project goals and objectives. Provide guidance, support, and feedback to ensure high performance and productivity levels among team members.
- Communication and Coordination: Maintain regular communication with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and project managers, to provide updates on project progress, resolve issues, and address concerns. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to the construction site.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily construction activities, including work progress, labor hours, equipment usage, and material deliveries. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to project management to track project milestones and performance metrics.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve construction-related issues, conflicts, and challenges that arise during the course of the project. Collaborate with project stakeholders to develop effective solutions and implement corrective actions to minimize disruptions and delays.
- Cost Control: Monitor project expenditures and labor costs to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints and financial targets. Identify opportunities to optimize resource utilization, reduce waste, and improve efficiency to maximize project profitability.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a site supervisor or foreman in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple priorities, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in construction safety (e.g., OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety) is preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as needed to meet project deadlines.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
