**Job Overview**: We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves acquiring new clients, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Passion for education and a strong sales track record are required.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research.
- Present and promote our online tutoring services to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop effective digital sales strategies and promotional materials.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience of a minimum of 2-3 years as a Sales Representative or similar role, preferably in the education or e-learning industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Laptop/Desktop, Stable Broabband connection
