Eligibility:
B.Com / Qualified CA Intermediate with around 3+ years of work experience preferably with knowledge in Preparation of Balance Sheet & Profit & Loss A/c with accompanying Schedules of Limited or Private Ltd Manufacturing Companies, Preparation of fixed Assets Register,
- In-depth Knowledge of Tally ERP9 and SAP.
- Day to day accounting and scrutinizing of all ledger accounts.
- Managing accounts payables and receivables.
- Approval of all payments and Receipts for entering the system and Release of payments to various suppliers.
- Monthly reconciliation statement of all bank accounts.
- Assisting in analysis, preparation, and finalization of financial statements.
- Plant accounting activities
- Review GLs on Daily basis and post the parked entries
- Sound knowledge of GST Act. GST Returns Preparation and filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B with GST portal.
- GST reconciliation with GSTR 2B, GSTR3B.
- Tax deducted at source preparation of details, payments, filing of returns and issue of TDS Certificates.
- Monthly preparing debtors and creditors ageing.
- Invoice Posting, Bills Knock Off, managing petty expenses.
- Bill processing & verification, Control on payment & recovery of advances
- Coordination with Statutory Auditors during Internal & Statutory Audit
- Discussion and rectification of audit points with internal auditors.
- Finalization of Annual Accounts and getting the approval of the Board.
- Knowledge of Preparation /filling of Income Tax return
