**Job description**
**Roles and Responsibilities**
1. Identification of potential distributors in target Industrial consultant, consultant Clusters for Industrial OEM, OEM Sales and strategize the maximum market penetration through them.
2. Creation of Strong OEM network by appointing potential distributors and ensuring projected OEM network expansion in respective territory
4. Visiting and Maintaining healthy relationship with approved Consultants, Builders, Vendors, Contractors for getting project lead and coordination for proposing favorable BOQ to convert the lead into order
5. Visit to New OEM and Customers for generating business leads
6. Identification of potential key accounts and industries for business development
7. Achieving the assigned ROI targets, initiate cold calls to find prospects within assigned territory; convert the leads in timely and profitable manner
9.performs sales activities on assigned key accounts including presentation, business proposals, generating quotations and negotiation of sales price and discounts as per company policy. Building strong positive relationship with customer and monitoring customer profile.
10.Continuous Update of Customer data, competitor data, management of entire territory data and its usage to increase sales and providing timely service back up to customers
11.Collaborates with HOD to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines 12.Accurately forecasts monthly, quarterly and annual plan for achieving desired business volume
Minimum Qualification -B Tech (Electrical/ Mechanical)
Minimum 3 Years of Experience in OEM Industry
**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

- Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
