Job Title: French Expert for Customer Service Representative

**Job Description: This is a back office job where you will not be facing customers. Your main job will be to help the front office (customer facing agents) to work on the cases they allocate to you. You will be mostly making outbound calls to suppliers and help the front office team resolve their cases.**

The responsibilities of the role are:
Making outbound phone calls and providing assistance to team member

Following the SOP

Ability to maintain a calm workspace

Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service (French language)

Experience in the travel industry is an advantage

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work night shift (mostly US shift)

Ability to work weekends

Team Player

Excellent French (Speaking & Writing)

Must have - Voice International experience

(Work from home)

**Salary**: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
