Hayath Fitness is a leading fitness center dedicated to providing a supportive and motivating environment for individuals to achieve their fitness goals. We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Fitness Counsellor to join our team.

*Job Summary:*

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. Conduct fitness consultations and assessments to understand members' goals and needs.

2. Design personalized fitness plans and provide guidance on exercise techniques and nutrition.

3. Offer ongoing support and motivation to members, helping them overcome obstacles and achieve their fitness goals.

4. Maintain accurate records of member progress and communicate with trainers and other staff members as needed.

5. Participate in workshops, events, and promotions to promote the fitness center and engage with members.

*Requirements:*

6. Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Nutrition, or a related field.

7. Certification in fitness or nutrition (e.g., ACE, NASM, or equivalent).

8. 1-2 years of experience in a fitness or wellness setting.

9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

10. Ability to work with members from diverse backgrounds.

11. Fluency in English and Hindi/Telugu (preferred).

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:
