Role and Responsibilities:

- Review the status of overall overdue with the customers
- Follow-up on overdue invoices with the Customer
- Follow-up with various departments to get supporting documents/ info for dispute/deductions resolution.
- Review and update information about raised overdue invoices, claims and/or credit situation
- Maintain a record of the most common issues and problems and their solution status
- Minimize Bad Debts Risk by performing timely reconciliations of customers open items v/s our Open items in our ledger
- Ensure that the ageing of invoices remains under control as per the guidance from Credit Manager
- Good negotiating skills.
- Support/Manage Collectors on critical / privileged accounts.
- Act as first level of issue within the Collections process.
- Conduct work planning/ prioritization for the team members.

**Qualifications**:

- Age: 18 to 35 years
- 12th / Graduation.
- Leading communication with Customers.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, Analytical aptitude - problem solving, quantitative
- Proficient in collection process.

**Salary**: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Rani Gunj, Secunderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
