THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking experienced individuals who want to be part of the key growth of our company, by working in a challenging but highly rewarding Lead Technology role. This is an opportunity for a self-starter someone with big ambitions, but also the urgency and resilience to achieve them. You will be responsible for the development and distribution of technology for external clients to help increase business. In addition to this, you will be dealing with our internal IT operations and leading the companys technology strategy to ensure it is working efficiently, profitably, and securely. It is important that you are a strategic thinker with strong business acumen. You will be well-versed in current technological trends and keep up to date with changing technologies to make sure that we always have the best infrastructure in place.
You will also be responsible for;
The oversight, management, and direction of the technical product development
Owning the vision, strategy, and execution of the tech teams roadmap
Ensuring the day-to-day business activities are supported through technology
Planning people, resource and budget needs for the technology team
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE
- Min 7-10 years of work experience as a senior technology resource
- Proven experience in handling technology build for financial institutions
- Exceptional track record in a technology leadership role
- Excellent understanding of the commercial and operational complexities of building a creative and

responsive technology function
- A drive for constant technology innovation and improvement
- First-class people management skills
- Understanding budgets and business-planning
- Ability to conduct technology analyses and research

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build & Execute Technology strategy for the company in line with company’s vision
- Identify, evaluate, compare, select & execute the best in class technology solutions that drive customer

success across products
- Bring on-board able partners with shared vision to further strengthen the technology architecture
- Develop, Track & Control the development of annual operating & capital budgets for asset procurement,

staffing & general operations
- Create & oversee technology standards and practices and ensure strict adherence especially security

features & protocols.
- Ensure technology stability is prioritized & contingency plans are created to ensure limited business outages
- Be fully responsible for system architecture, customer journey & design of the company’s technology

platform to deliver a seamless, best in class technology experience to the clients.
- Represent the company at various technology forums as a speaker and build an industry connect
- Work closely with Country Management, Global Teams & External Stakeholders to deliver a cohesive &
water tight payment solution for the clients.
