**Job Title**: CDP - Italian Chef
**Location**: Gurugram, Haryana

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and execute high-quality Italian dishes with precision and consistency.
- Ensure authentic flavors and maintain the restaurant’s high standards.
- Manage kitchen operations in your section and support junior chefs.
- Monitor ingredient quality, portion control, and presentation.
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards as per industry regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a **4-star+ Italian restaurant** is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Culinary certification is a plus.
