Maeketing Executive

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to reach target industries.
- Generate and qualify leads, supporting the sales team with high-value business prospects.
- Create impactful marketing content, including brochures, presentations, and case studies.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to uncover new opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design product-specific marketing plans.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with business clients and partners.
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
- Track, analyze, and report marketing performance and ROI to management.
- Maintain and optimize CRM systems for accurate client and campaign records.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in **Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields**.
- MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory.

**Experience**
- Minimum **2-4 years of proven experience** in marketing or business development.
- Experience in **IT, SaaS, or service-based industries** is a strong advantage.

**Key Skills**
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of modern sales and marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in **MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms**.
- Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving ability.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work with mínimal supervision.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
