**Job Title: Fresher Customer Support Representative (International)**

**Location**: Mohali

Timings: 1:30 Pm - 10:30 PM

Days: 5 days a week + 2 Alternative Saturdays
**Reports To**: Customer Support Manager

**Position Overview**:
As a **Customer Support Representative (International)**, you will be the first point of contact for our international clients, assisting them with inquiries, issues, and providing outstanding service. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while maintaining a positive, professional attitude. This is a fantastic opportunity for a fresher who wants to develop their career in customer support and gain experience in a global environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and solutions to international customers.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues by identifying the problem, offering solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions in the CRM system and maintain accurate records.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues (if applicable), escalating complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently and escalate unresolved issues as needed.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been addressed satisfactorily.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all customer interactions.
- Contribute to team efforts in meeting and exceeding departmental goals and KPIs.
- Work closely with other departments (e.g., Sales, Technical Support) to ensure customer needs are met.

**Qualifications**:

- **Freshers** with a desire to start a career in customer support or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English (additional language proficiency is a plus).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer inquiries efficiently.
- Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Positive attitude, eager to learn, and adaptable to change.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,478.88 - ₹31,930.81 per month
