**Role Overview**: We're on the lookout for a seasoned Store Manager who boasts extensive experience in the management and supervision of on-site construction supplies. The role demands intricate knowledge of construction materials, adeptness in tracking receipts, and a systematic approach to storekeeping.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently receive and catalog various types of construction supplies on-site.
- Accurately maintain receipts, and records, and ensure methodical stockroom maintenance.
- Handle tasks like returning, packing, pricing, and labeling supplies.
- Expertly weigh steel using a weigh scale and undertake related stock functions.
- Vigilantly inspect and review deliveries for inconsistencies and damages, subsequently reporting to pertinent personnel for reimbursements and systematic record-keeping.
- Perform pivotal clerical duties tied to the storekeeping function.
- Prepare form records, ensuring they are duly signed for the stock received.
- Label items destined for storage and assist in the filing of receiving reports and requisitions.
- Uphold the cleanliness and organization of the stock area, storerooms, and auxiliary workspaces.
- Safeguard the equipment and supplies stored by implementing robust security measures, including regular locking protocols.
- Streamline processes for returning materials to vendors or flagging materials set to be scrapped or junked.
- Input all stock withdrawals or issues of materials into a computerized inventory system.
- Maintain stringent control over materials, ensuring optimal storage, issue, and return processes.

**Management Reporting**:

- Draft detailed monthly reports encompassing:

- Stores dispatched to site/Contractor.
- Stores returned from the site.
- Stores utilized.

**Essential Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in store management, specifically within the residential building construction arena.
- Comprehensive understanding of construction materials, their specifications, and industry standards.
- Demonstrable skills in storekeeping, clerical tasks, and material management.
- Exceptional organizational acumen and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient in using computerized inventory systems and other related software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ensuring effective coordination with vendors, team members, and stakeholders.
