The Decor Kart is currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at our Gurugram store. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and helping our valued customers find the perfect products to meet their needs. If you are a passionate individual with excellent communication skills and a flair for sales, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:
1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere.

Assist customers in finding the products they are looking for, providing recommendations, and offering product demonstrations when necessary.

Understand customer's requirements and provide information about product features, pricing, and benefits to help them make informed purchase decisions.

2. Strive to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) set by the store manager.

3. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and with a focus on resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

4. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including arranging displays and restocking merchandise as needed.

5. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.

Collaborate with the store team to ensure smooth operations and contribute to a positive work environment.

6. Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities and enhance the customer shopping experience.

7. Participate in periodic training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge as a Sales Associate.

**Requirements**:
1. Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is mandatory to apply.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively.

3. Customer-centric approach with a focus on providing exceptional service.

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

5. Basic computer skills to process transactions and manage inventory.

6. A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

7. Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and during peak retail hours as per the store schedule.
