We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Graphic Designer to join our team as a Fresher. As a Graphic Designer, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a supportive environment while contributing your creative skills to various design projects. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with limited professional experience in graphic design.

**Responsibilities**:
Assist in creating visually appealing graphics:Support the design team in developing creative concepts and translating them into compelling visual designs.
Assist in designing marketing collaterals, including social media graphics, banners, brochures, and other promotional materials.
Learn to use industry-standard design software and tools to produce high-quality designs.

Collaborate with the design team:Work closely with experienced designers to understand project objectives, target audience, and design requirements.
Contribute ideas and assist in the development of design solutions that align with project goals.
Incorporate feedback and make revisions based on guidance from senior team members.

Stay updated with the latest design trends and techniques through research and self-learning.

Manage and prioritize tasks:Assist in managing multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and design quality is maintained.
Communicate project status, challenges, and progress to team members effectively.

Learn to maintain design files and assets:Organize and maintain design files, ensuring proper version control and easy access for future reference.
Learn to archive and label design assets for efficient collaboration with team members.

**Requirements**:

- Degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of design principles and software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- A portfolio showcasing design projects completed during your education or personal projects (if available).
- Enthusiasm for learning and a passion for design.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow guidance from senior team members.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.
