**Qualification & Experience**:

- Master s degree with 55% marks from a recognized University (PhD preferred).
- 15 Years of experience in academic / Administrative position.
- Experience in institutions of repute is an added advantage.

**Job Role**:

- To act as the custodian of all movable and immovable properties of the University unless otherwise provided by the Board of Governors. You will be responsible for proper maintenance and upkeep of properties and assets of the University.
- To ensure that all legal/statutory compliances in regards to all functions/activities of the University, as per the guidelines of the State/Central agencies and bodies, are duly complied with at all times; and
- To exercise such other powers and perform such other duties as may be specified in the Act, the Statutes, the Rules and Ordinances or as may be assigned you by the Board of Governors, the Chairman, the Chancellor, the Board of Management or the Vice Chancellor from time to time.
- To ensure adherence of the roles & responsibilities as defined in the University Statutes.
- To keep the Chairman, the Chancellor and the Vice Chancellor apprised of all significant legal proceedings in respect of the University from time to time and be bound to place before the Board of Management all such information as may be necessary for transaction of its business.
- Identifying, analyzing, and resolving important strategic issues in the respective function areas.
- To maintain student records and course data, monitor registration of students, planning the academic calendar to make sure that student academic performance meet graduation requirements as prescribed by academic ordinance.
- Overall strategy planning & identifying new growth opportunities of the University functions i.e. Admissions & Marketing, IQAC, Training Placement & Career Services, Training Development & Career Guidance, General Administration, and Human Resource.
- Bringing expertise and techniques to identify improvement areas and ensure effective decisions making.

- Understanding on UGC, AICTE affiliation and compliance.
- Understanding on NAAC. NBA affiliation and compliance.

- Excellent command over communication modes with government organisations.
