**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and are appropriate for the grade level.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and instructional materials to accommodate different learning styles.
- Assess and evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and exams.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to support their academic growth.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect and learning.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student progress and any concerns.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and curriculum development.
- Uphold the school's policies, values, and academic standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in [Subject] or a related field.
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) degree is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Tonk City, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)
