Teacher

The Female Teacher will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to Odia medium students in Classes 8th to 10th. The role involves teaching, mentoring, and contributing to the overall development of students. Key responsibilities include:

- **Lesson Planning**: Prepare and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs and align with educational standards.
- **Student Assessment**: Conduct regular assessments, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback to support academic growth.
- **Classroom Management**: Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning and mutual respect.
- **Mentorship**: Guide students in their academic and personal development, fostering critical thinking, creativity, and cultural awareness.
- **Cultural Activities**: Organize and participate in school events, cultural programs, and extracurricular activities to promote Odia language and heritage.
- **Parent Communication**: Collaborate with parents to discuss student progress and address any concerns, ensuring a supportive learning ecosystem.
- **Professional Development**: Stay updated with teaching methodologies and participate in training programs to enhance teaching skills.

Qualifications and Skills
- **Experience**: Minimum of 6 months of teaching experience in Odia medium schools, preferably for Classes 8th to 10th. Freshers with a strong academic background may also apply.
- **Language Proficiency**: Fluency in Odia (reading, writing, and speaking) is mandatory. Proficiency in English is an advantage.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to create interactive and student-centered lesson plans.
- Patience, empathy, and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
- Basic computer skills for maintaining records and using digital teaching tools.
- **Other Requirements**: Must be female, as the role involves teaching and mentoring female students in a culturally sensitive environment.

Pay: ₹2,000.00 - ₹4,000.00 per month
