**Job Summary**:
**We are looking for faculty in the academic field from the state of Maharashtra.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Engaging Lectures

(No of lectures: 22-24 per week (7 to 8 Subject) for streams like BCom/BMS/BAF/BCBI)
- Taking part in departmental meeting and committee work.
- Visiting different academic institutions to take part in learning opportunities and gain experience.
- Collaborating with students through guidance, mentorship and tutoring to achieve their personal and professional objectives
- Recruiting new students, assisting with interviews and supporting academic counselling sessions.
- Assisting in the development of a culture that encourages development, quality and freedom of speech
- Contributing to the creation of the curriculum, grading papers and giving feedback.
- Attendance task

**Minimum Qualification**:

- A Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade) from a recognized University/Qualification as per the university/ UGC norms.

**Desired skills**:
1. Excellent Communication & IT Skills

2. Proficiency in establishing efficient systems and procedures.

3. The ability to enhance institutional reputation through quality education, extracurricular activities, community service and fostering positive community and institution relationships.

4. Awareness and understanding of the New Education Policy.
