Sales Executive

Handling end-to-end sales cycle:
Attending client calls and pitching the best option available matching client requirement

Maintain a good pipeline of prospective leads and clients

Sending proposals to the client with necessary workspace details

Building sales strategies, templates, processes and automating the sales procedure with Marketing Team

Building a good network for accelerated sale conversions

Driving Sales & focusing on generating new sales, whilst growing and retaining existing customers by delivering exceptional customer service

**Requirements**:
Enterprise sales experience, with a history of outperforming targets

Coworking or Real Estate experience preferred

Demonstrated ability of continuously increase the effectiveness, recognizing opportunities for creating new systems, structures, and processes

Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit

Highly focused on numbers and process

Proven track record working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
