Receptionist/telephonist

Location: Thane Maharashtra
Job Title: Sr.Telesales/Sr.Telecaller Responsibilities:

- Call a set of defined leads assigned to you on a daily basis for multiple cities.
- Schedule appointments for interested customers with city sales teams.
- Build a pipeline of customers from assigned leads month on month for scheduling appointments at the requested times.
- Build relationships and follow up with interested/appointment fixed customers till the appointment is successful.
- To align with company goals set as per objectives and key performance indicators month on month Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills
- Previous Telesales/Telecaller experience preferred in the interior design industry
- Aggressive mentality and customer focus
- Comfortable working on excel (Basic skills) Remarks - No work from home
- Minimum 2 years experience
- The package will be decided on their existing package
- The Package range will be between 25,000 to 35,000 + Incentives.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Pre-sales: 2 years (preferred)
- Telephony: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi, Marathi, (preferred)
- English (preferred)
